Tabak admits Jo Yeates's manslaughter but denies murder
Jurors trying Vincent Tabak for the murder of Jo Yeates "should not allow emotion or sympathy" to cloud their judgment, a judge has said.
Tabak, 33, has admitted the manslaughter of Miss Yeates in her Bristol flat in 2010 but denies murder.
Miss Yeates, 25, was strangled before her body was left on a roadside verge, where she was found on Christmas Day.
At Bristol Crown Court, Mr Justice Field told the jury "[do] not allow emotion to enter your deliberation".
