The boyfriend of a woman whose body was found in a burning car in Somerset has been charged with conspiracy to murder.
Catherine Wells-Burr, was found in her car in Somerset on 12 September in Ashill near the A358.
Rafal Nowak is the second person to be charged with conspiracy to murder and he is due to appear before Bristol Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
Anna Julia Lagwinowicz, 32, has also been charged with conspiring to murder the Bath Spa University graduate.
A 38-year-old man remains in police custody.
