"Once" wins best musical at Tony Awards

NEW YORK - The bittersweet love story "Once" has won the best musical prize at the Tony Awards.

The musical, based on the 2006 film about the love affair between a Czech flower seller and an Irish street musician in Dublin, won eight awards overall, including best book of a musical, best direction of a musical, best orchestrations and best lead actor in a musical for Steve Kazee.
